Are listings inspected before they're published?

Sellers fill the device-tester checklist (battery, screen, mic, IMEI) when listing. Buyers re-run it on arrival. Devices that fail the buyer's check can be claimed within the protection window.

How does escrow work?

Your payment is held by a regulated provider until you accept the device or the protection window passes. Sellers never receive funds until you're happy.

What happens if the phone arrives broken?

Open a claim from the order page within 14 days. Attach photos, a video, and the IMEI. Our team mediates and resolves with a refund, partial refund, or replacement.

Can I return a phone if I just don't like it?

Buyer's remorse isn't covered. The protection window is for defects, mismatched specs, or IMEI/PTA issues — not for changing your mind.

What does it cost to list a phone?

Creating a listing is free up to your plan's listing limit. Higher tiers (see the pricing page) raise the active-listing cap and unlock featured slots.

What is a Sponsored listing?

A one-time paid boost that puts your listing at the top of search and adds a 'Sponsored' tag. It changes visibility only — buyer protection rules are unchanged.

When do I get paid?

After the buyer approves the order or the protection window expires. Payouts are sent to your linked seller account within 1–3 business days.

Can I cancel a sale before shipping?

Yes — you can cancel from the order page before adding tracking. The buyer is refunded automatically. Repeated cancellations affect your seller score.

Which payment methods are supported?

All major debit/credit cards via our payment provider. Bank transfer support varies by region — check the checkout page for current options.

Is my card data stored on mobilemart?

No. Card numbers are tokenised by our payments provider — we never store your full card number on our servers.

Why was my payment declined?

Most declines come from your bank's fraud rules. Contact your bank to authorise the charge, then retry. If it still fails, contact support.

How long is the protection window?

14 days from the day the phone is delivered. Open the claim before the window closes; supporting evidence can be uploaded for up to 7 days after.

Who decides the outcome of a claim?

A real human on our support team, using the chat history, listing claims, and your evidence. Sponsorship doesn't influence the decision.

Can I be both a buyer and seller?

Yes. Many users do. Toggle between the buyer and seller dashboards from your profile menu.

How do I delete my account?
