The escrow flow

Buyer pays into escrow
Funds are held by a regulated payment provider. Sellers see a 'paid — pending shipment' status in their dashboard.

Seller ships and shares tracking
Tracking ID is exchanged in the in-app chat. Both sides keep a permanent record.

Buyer inspects with the device-tester
On delivery the buyer runs the built-in checklist (battery, screen, mic, IMEI) — same vocabulary used by sellers when listing.

Approve or open a warranty claim
Approve to release funds. If something's wrong, open a claim within the protection window with photos/video evidence.

Sellers complete identity verification before publishing. Repeat issues result in account suspension.

IMEI / PTA checks

Each listing surfaces IMEI and PTA-approval status. Devices reported as blocked or stolen are removed.

Public seller ratings

Buyer reviews live on each seller's profile. Sellers can't delete reviews, only respond.

Escrow on every transaction

No off-platform payments, no exceptions. If a seller asks, decline and report.

Standard testing template — battery health, screen, speakers, cameras, ports, and IMEI lock state.

Disputes are reviewed by our team. We mediate using the chat history, evidence, and inspection results.
