1. Who we are

mobilemart is a Pakistan-based escrow-protected marketplace for used phones. We connect verified sellers with buyers and hold payments in escrow until both parties have completed their part of the transaction.

2. Accounts and verification

You must be at least 18 years old to use mobilemart. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep your account credentials secure. We may require identity verification before approving you as a seller.

3. Listings and accuracy

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including condition, IMEI/PTA status, photos, and pricing. Listings that materially misrepresent a device may be removed and may trigger a refund or dispute.

4. Escrow and payments

Payments are processed through a regulated payment provider and held until the buyer confirms acceptance or the protection window expires. Fees are shown to sellers before publishing a listing and to buyers before checkout.

5. Buyer protection

Buyers may open a warranty claim within the protection window described on the warranty page. Claims require evidence (photos, IMEI, video) and a timely report. Approved claims may result in a refund, a partial refund, or a replacement device.

6. Prohibited activity

• Listing stolen, blocked, or counterfeit devices.
• Encouraging buyers to pay outside the platform (we cannot protect off-platform transactions).
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour in chat.
• Listing devices that are not legally permitted in Pakistan.

7. Sponsored listings

Sellers may pay for higher visibility (the "Sponsored" tag). Sponsorship affects placement only — it does not change buyer protection, fees, or our editorial moderation standards.

8. Liability

mobilemart provides escrow, dispute support, and inspection tooling but is not the seller of the devices. Our liability is limited to the transaction value and is further described in the warranty terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or repeated buyer-protection issues. You can close your account at any time from your settings.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notification.
