Run the inspection on delivery
Within 48 hours of delivery, run the device-tester checklist. Take a clear unboxing/screen-on video — this is the strongest evidence in any claim.

Open a claim from the order page
Pick a claim type (functional issue, mismatched specs, IMEI/PTA, missing accessories), describe what's wrong, and attach photos/video.

Share evidence
At minimum: a video showing the issue, an IMEI photo, and a screenshot of any PTA dialer / battery health screen if relevant.

We mediate and resolve
Our team reviews chat history, listing claims, and your evidence. Approved claims get a refund, partial refund, or replacement.

What's covered

If your phone has any of these issues, you can open a claim.

Battery health far below listed

If the seller listed 92% but the device shows 78%, you can claim a partial refund or full return.

Screen / display defects

Dead pixels, ghosting, burn-in, or touch failure that wasn't disclosed in the listing.

IMEI / PTA mismatch

Device blocked, IMEI different from listing, or PTA status doesn't match — full refund.

Mic / speaker / camera failure

Hardware components that don't work as advertised in the listing.

Mismatched specs

Listed as 256GB but delivered 128GB; listed as Snapdragon but a Mediatek variant arrives — covered.

Boot / charging failures

Won't charge, won't power on, random shutdowns within the protection window.

What's not covered

These cases are out of scope for a warranty claim.

Damage caused after delivery

Drops, water damage, or scratches you caused — these aren't claimable.

Issues you knew about

If the listing disclosed an issue and you bought it anyway (e.g. cracked back glass), it's not a valid claim.

Cosmetic micro-marks under heavy zoom

Used phones have minor wear. We follow the seller's stated condition grade — not zoomed-in pixel inspections.

Buyer's remorse

Decided you don't like the colour or wish you'd waited for a sale? That's not a defect claim.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank. For replacement-device resolutions, the seller ships a replacement and a new escrow timer starts.
